By using the eps BANCS App, you acknowledge and consent to the terms described below, in addition to the original Privacy Policy.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. eps BANCS does not collect any data without your explicit consent. The data collected through this App is necessary solely for enabling banking and financial transactions in partnership with our partner banks.

By using this App, you give explicit consent for us to collect and process your personal information for the sole purpose of providing the services, which include facilitating secure financial transactions and identifying you as a customer.

2. Data Usage

The information we collect is used primarily to:

• Authenticate the User: The mobile number you provide is used for verifying your identity and retrieving your details securely from the bank for completing transactions.
• Facilitate Transactions: Your personal data is used to enable banking and financial transactions through the partner bank.

We ensure that any data collected is strictly used for the purposes outlined above, and no additional data collection is performed.

3. Sharing of Data
